Arranging a funeral

Arranging a funeral

In the first instance, on receiving your call I’ll need to ask a few preliminary questions, for example, when and where your loved one passed away and whether the funeral will be a burial or cremation. Next we’ll decide on a time and date convenient to you for making the funeral arrangements.

Together we’ll go through your wishes, along the way there’ll be options to consider and choices to make. There’s absolutely no rush we’ll take as long as you need, it’s important that you and your family feel unhurried and make the right decisions. Between us we’ll be creating a fitting tribute.

I’ll be with you every step of the way, I’ll provide guidance and reassurance when and where necessary and I’ll communicate with you at all times during your bereavement process always responding with sensitivity to your needs.

All our discussions and any documentation I complete on your behalf will be treated as strictly confidential.
